Transitional Housing

As you dedicate your day to treatment, it's crucial that your home environment fosters your recovery journey instead of hindering your progress. Transitional housing allows you to maintain your momentum from day to day and month to month, establishing a strong foundation for sustainable recovery.

Housing That Heals

At Wildcat Recovery, our transitional housing supports patients who want to continue their care after completing an inpatient program. Those moving from 28-day In-patient Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) can live in our homes and participate in the Restored Life Continuum of Care as they progress in their recovery.

Why Transitional Housing?

A solid support network greatly boosts the chances of successful recovery. During inpatient or residential treatment, patients integrate social support into their experience, reflecting on daily accomplishments, engaging in activities, and sharing insights with peers.

However, upon transitioning out of care, patients often lose essential support. Some may return to unsupportive home environments that actively oppose recovery, hindering progress and increasing relapse risk. Transitional housing is crucial, ensuring that the time between treatment sessions supports the recovery process instead of creating obstacles.
