Wildcat Recovery and all levels of care are fully licensed, accredited, and comprised of experienced, dedicated board-certified physicians, nurses, and clinicians. We provide innovative, evidence-based programs that focus on the whole person, regardless of the care level that suits your needs. Whether you opt for outpatient or IOP, we develop personalized, tailored programs to help restore balance in your life and enhance your physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological well-being.
Individualized Plans at All Levels of Care
Every individual and journey to recovery is unique. We identify the appropriate level of care tailored to you, creating a personalized plan to help you reclaim your life. With a diverse range of programs, there's a pathway for you, regardless of challenges. Each program at Wildcat is designed to address your specific obstacles and provide support when you need it most.
Types of Individual Therapy:
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Residential/Inpatient Program
At our sister facility, Wabash Recovery, we provide an immersive level of therapy designed to support our patients fully. Here, patients reside on-site and receive round-the-clock support, ensuring help is always available. Our program features daily treatment sessions every day of the week, enhanced by additional recovery activities in the evenings. The Residential/Inpatient level of care at Wabash Recovery represents our most comprehensive offering, where patients can engage in a full day of therapy, counseling, and diverse activities tailored to promote healing and recovery.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
The Partial Hospitalization level of care is a step below Residential/Inpatient Treatment. It is intended for individuals who require the structure and intensity of an inpatient program but, for multiple reasons, cannot reside on-site.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The Intensive Outpatient level of care offers a slightly less intensive alternative to Partial Hospitalization. It is tailored for individuals who require comprehensive, targeted treatment but are unable to commit to the five hours daily mandated by the PHP level or fulfill the full-time requirements of a residential program.
Outpatient
Outpatient programs provide our least structured approach to treatment. You will benefit from the support, education, and exceptional clinical care that Wildcat is known for, all while remaining actively engaged in your daily life, work, school, and family activities.
